Brilliant post for those starting out with Facebook. Lots of really useful information. It's such a fantastic tool which can really boost the traffic to your website when used successfully. Integrating Facebook with other social media platforms, as you have mentioned, is also key to developing an 'online profile' for your business. It takes time and effort to maintain your social media presence, but you will soon find out that the results which it produces far outweigh the costs.

Thank you for the very clear step-by-step. We work with many clients who know using social media is important but get completely overwhelmed by it. Many have paid "consultants" a lot of money just to set up an account, which always ends in disappointment once they realize how much the paid for a free service. Anyway, one of our clients wants a tracking system that is more in depth than Facebook Insights. Do you have any suggestions? Ideally, it would monitor blog posts, Facebook, and Twitter in one place.
