Chris Griffith Proves a Blog with Personality Makes for Great Content Marketing

I’ve never met Chris but after spending some time with her blog and with her content-rich website, I would look forward to the pleasure.
We’ve all had unfortunate experiences with driven, single-minded real estate agents who will do anything for a sale. I’m sure Chris is ambitious and successful but based on a reading of her online content she conveys the impression of being smart, knowledgeable, funny, and one-of-a-kind.
She does it all with a terrific content marketing strategy.
Her blog artfully combines the verbal and visual. Although she often writes about important real estate issues, she is just as likely to tell the story of her mischievous 7 pound pooch who got into big trouble one day this week.
But as goofy as her dog story is, she is just as serious about the significant challenges facing our local real estate market and provides a detailed monthly report on where we are. She leads off the story from her blog and continues it in-depth on her website.
Even her website which has tons of information about Bonita Springs and the adjacent Estero community, reflects her personality. In her most recent post, where she laments our recent soggy weather, “Missing My Shadow at Bonita Beach,” she takes the opportunity to show how wonderful our town is when the sun is shining. And, for those of you who don’t live here, that’s most of the time.
Chris manages to reveal both an authentic and amusing nature while demonstrating that when it comes to local real estate, she knows what she’s talking about.
I wasn’t surprised to find out that her blog which is part of a larger network of real estate blogs is #1 in Bonita Springs and #4 in all of Florida.
We have thousands of real estate agents in Southwest Florida. How do you know who to choose? How do you decide who you would like to work with? How can you learn a lot about a real estate agent before ever meeting them? Well, if you take a look at what Chris Griffith is doing online, you understand why effective content marketing can make such a huge difference.
Without the benefit of an advertising agency or a publicist, Chris manages to communicate her personality and her expertise in such a way that we feel we know her without having met her. In other words, the unique content she provides online leads us to trust that she’s the kind of person we would like to hire when it comes time to buy or sell a home in a very challenging real estate market. That’s pretty powerful stuff.
