Actually, my original post related to an earlier iteration of their campaign--which, believe it or not, made slightly more sense the the ad you refer to.
I sure wish I had been a fly on the wall when their agency convinced the client that this campaign made sense.</description>

		<description>I just wanted to say I loved this review of their ad campaign, I arrived here after a google search trying to understand what they were trying to convey.  I saw the Ad where a young surfer dude esque persona is annoying a business class passenger and my response to it was that I was supposed to empathize with the business passenger being annoyed by the idiot.  I also felt like the idiot was a caricature of young people in general, but after reading your review, now I&#039;m thinking I was supposed to be sympathetic to the hip idiot and not the square businessman.

It just reinforces your argument that the message of this ad is completely lost.</description>
