It is amazing how much of what was in the 1993 version of his book--which I have-that he used in his talk.  But he added a lot of new wrinkles, including the internet (not ever mentioned in &#039;93) and content(also not mentioned).
He also put a lot more weight on trade publications in 1993.  He never mentioned them in 2007.</description>
